Uphance is expanding quickly with a mission to become the leading Apparel Management Software in the world, and we want a Customer Success Manager to join our team!

Who you are:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role. SaaS customer success, account management or sales organization experience a plus
• A self-motivated, dedicated teammate with innovative ideas to inspire customer adoption

What you’ll do:

• Enhance customer experiences and identify areas of opportunity to increase software adoption and engagement

• Conduct business reviews and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges
• Advise on updates, upgrades and changes to purchased products to improve operational efficiency for customers.
• Partner with engineering and product to relay customer needs, issues, and experiences to drive product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Anticipate issues and find opportunities to replicate and systematize solutions used for other customers in order to support effective scaling as the team and customer base grows.
• Work with the team to develop, track, and respond to the critical metrics that drive success across the organization.

• Determine customer goals and collaborate on customized strategic plans while driving customer accountability.
• Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans.
• Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.
• Develop Customer Success assets and playbooks and refine processes internally.

• Working closely with new & existing Uphance customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform and provide them with a great customer experience.
• Helping our customers achieve both their technical and business goals, driving retention and growth for Uphance.

Account Executive

We are seeking outstanding SaaS sales talent, energized to help our customers’ businesses thrive through our robust connected apparel management platform. This position is specifically for Account Executives who are driven to challenging themselves, service customers, solve problems, and consistently crush quota in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-culture environment.

Who you are:

• 3 years Account Executive experience in a high-velocity sales environment
• Ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners and existing clients

• Empathetic, customer-focused, driven, challenge seeking, self-directed learner
• Consultative sales approach including strong negotiation skills and excellent follow-through
• Solid history of quota achievement
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with professional detail in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with marketing and sales development representatives to identify and qualify leads and prospects for Uphance
• Adopt a consultative sales approach to help prospects understand the business value to be gained from Uphance
• Perform effective software presentations keeping the prospect’s business needs in mind specifically demonstrating how their pain points are addressed

• Consistent follow up with prospects to ensure timely activation
• Develop sales assets and playbooks and refine processes internally

You will make an impact by:
